To qualify for a full refund, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. All items being returned must be in their original packaging and remain unopened. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Blue Hippo Trading Co. After the initial 15 days, returns may only be eligible for store credit. Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
